Terms and Conditions of Sale

No contract will commence between you and Buttress & Snatch for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Buttress & Snatch accepts your order by email confirming that it has despatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Buttress & Snatch irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal which accepts most major credit and debit cards including; Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron. PayPal will send you emails about the processing of your payment and informs us whether the payment has been successfully made so that we can process your order.

Cancellations

If you change your mind about an order you have placed, please contact our Customer Services Department on 0207 502 3139, or email us on info@buttressandsnatch.co.uk within 24 hours of your order including weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. No cancellations can be made after this time.
